• Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 48 hours notice — otherwise full payment is required (care plan package credits will be used).
• The following plans come with one flex cancellation and preserves your session count: Golden Arc, Mother's Passage & Well Tended Garden
• If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please reschedule with at least 2 hours notice — otherwise a $90 cancellation fee will apply.
• Labor Cancellation Forgiveness Full payment is required for cancellation due to the onset of labor, however the full amount will be applied as a credit to your account. • Credit may be used for a session rescheduled within 90 days • Package credits may also be extended to a postpartum session • No refunds will be granted • Text notification as soon as possible is greatly appreciated

Please note: We reserve the right to adjust your appointment time by ±15 minutes with prior notice.

Expiration Timeframes

To help you receive the most supportive care, our care plans have standard expiration dates. Sessions must be used within these timeframes, otherwise, unused sessions will expire: 

Golden Arc - 9 months

Waxing Moon- 5 months

Full Moon - 3 months

Metamorphosis - 3 months

Mother's Passage - 3 months

Queen's Quartet - 6 months

Well Tended Garden - 12 months

Quiet Tide - 2 months

Healing Waters - 6 months

Rooted Reset - 6 months

Extension Policy

All Prenatal Care Plans and the Mother’s Passage postpartum plan are eligible for expiration date extension of up to 8 weeks by request due to extenuating circumstances. Requests are subject to management approval.

Late Policy – First Visits & Ongoing Appointments

First Visit Your first session is designed to give you the most personalized start possible. → Massage ends at the booked time → We then gift you up to 15 extra minutes to connect, review findings, and create your perfect care plan → Because this gifted consultation time is separate from hands-on work, it cannot be used to extend massage if you arrive late. → Please arrive a few minutes early so you can receive both your full massage and this valuable closing time.

Ongoing Appointments Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session.

Many clients love working consistently with the same therapist — we support and encourage those ongoing relationships whenever possible.

There may be times when your preferred therapist’s schedule doesn’t align or when another skilled team member steps in due to changes or unexpected absences. We always do our very best to match you with a therapist whose strengths fit your needs.

One of the beautiful benefits of our group practice is the collective depth of the team — every therapist brings unique gifts on top of our shared training, and we keep detailed notes so your care continues seamlessly no matter who you see.

Many clients discover they enjoy receiving care from several of our therapists over time because it gives them access to an even wider range of techniques and healing styles.

In the event of pregnancy loss, unused sessions may be: • Continued as alternate services • Held on account for up to 12 months • Refunded for the unused portion (less value of sessions already received and any non-refundable credit card processing fees)
