Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours notice; otherwise, full payment is warranted (Care Plan package credits will be used).

If experiencing flu-like symptoms, please reschedule with at least 2 hours; otherwise, a $90 cancellation fee will apply.

Labor Cancellation Forgiveness: Full payment is warranted for cancellation due to onset of labor, however, the payment will be applied as a credit to your account which may be used for a session rescheduled within 90 days. Package credits may also be extended to a postpartum session for rescheduling due to the onset of labor. No refunds will be granted. Prompt notification via text is appreciated. Thank you for adhering to this policy.

Please note that we reserve the right to adjust your appointment time by +/- 15 minutes with prior notice. If you require any special accommodations, kindly leave a note when booking your appointment or reach out to us directly so we can best meet your needs.

Extension Policy

All Prenatal Care plans and the Mother’s Passage Care Plan are eligible for expiration date extension due to extenuating circumstances, by request, subject to approval of management.

Loss Policy

In the event of pregnancy loss, unused sessions may be continued as alternate services, held for up to 12 months, or refunded for the unused portion of the plan, less the value of sessions received and any non-refundable credit card processing costs from the original payment.

Late Policy- 1st Visits & Ongoing Appointments

1st Visit: Your first massage visit with us is all about giving you the most personalized and supportive start possible. Your massage will end at the agreed-upon time in your booking, and then, as our gift to you, we invite you to stay for up to 15 extra minutes.

During this time, you and your therapist will connect, review what she discovered in your body, and talk through a care plan tailored entirely to your needs. You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward, whether you continue your journey with us or with another trusted provider.

Because this is such a valuable and unrushed part of your visit, this gifted time is separate from your massage and will not be used to extend hands-on work if you arrive late. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so you can enjoy both your full massage and this special moment of one-on-one attention.

Ongoing appointments: Please arrive 5-10 mins early. Late arrivals may shorten your session. 

Group Practice Statement

At Sparrow’s Nest, you’ll be cared for by a team of passionate, highly trained therapists who share the same specialized skills and philosophy of care. Many clients enjoy working regularly with the same therapist, and we encourage those ongoing relationships whenever possible.

There may be times when your preferred therapist’s schedule does not align with yours, or when another team member steps in due to schedule changes or unexpected absences. In these cases, we will do our very best to match you with a therapist whose availability and strengths fit your needs.

One of the benefits of our group practice is the depth of our team — every therapist brings her own unique skills in addition to our shared training, and we keep detailed notes so your care continues seamlessly no matter who you see. Many clients enjoy receiving care from multiple therapists over time, as it gives them access to a wider range of strengths and techniques.
