Guess Who’s Pregnant? (Not An April Fool’s Joke!)

Guess Who's Pregnant?

I am!

My husband and I couldn’t be happier, and after years of maternity and doula work, I’m honored to be joining the ranks as a mother myself.

So far, pregnancy has been rather kind to me. Aside from needing a lot of sleep at night, plus naps when I can, I’m feeling pretty good. No nausea so far, but I’m eating every couple of hours & staying super hydrated to try & stay ahead of the curve. I’ll be getting my own prenatal massages along the way too.

I’m sharing this news with you rather early, but intentionally, as I’m only 8 weeks along. I’ve supported so many different journeys by now, that I feel I can be transparent about mine. However this pregnancy unfolds, I’m blessed to have internal and external support and love along the way. Thank you for being a part of that support for me too.

I plan on continuing to work for as long as it feels good in my body, and for as long as I feel I am able to provide the quality of bodywork that you’ve come to expect from me. I imagine, probably in later third trimester at some point, that this growing belly may begin to hinder my range of motion. Until then, I’m in the office my usual days and hours and would love to see you!

Over the past two years, I’ve worked hard to find and train such a wonderful team of therapists. It’s because of them that I have the ease to step into this new chapter of my life, knowing my clients are in such great hands. If you haven’t yet met Cindy, Heather, Callie & Angelica, they are each highly gifted, heart-centered, and experienced therapists. I would trust each of them in any capacity—prenatal, postnatal, or therapeutic work, and I will personally be seeing all of them throughout this pregnancy too!

Wishing you love, health, and happiness,
Thank you for sharing in our joy!

With love,

PS: We’ve got another 4 week Infant Massage Series beginning Sunday 4/7 at noon at the Nest. If you want to find concrete ways to relieve your baby’s constipation, or gas & teething pains, help them sleep better, improve your confidence, or get a boost from the baby blues yourself, this is a great class to attend. Click here for more info, and please share in any of your mom groups!

ALSO: remember we have an ongoing special that if you text (number below), send in (address below) or email your birth announcement/family photo (for us to put up on our community board) you can get $30 off your next appointment.

LAST WORDS: Please log on to our new scheduling system (if you have not already) to create an account and fill out our new short intake. It's super simple and should only take you a few minutes. We can then help you book an appointment!
