A daily meditation session, journaling, a yoga class, a massage, or a walk alone with your thoughts can be great ways to tune into your physical, emotional, and mental well being.
Remember, you’re gearing up for a Right of Passage. The birth of your baby is no small or ordinary undertaking.
These reflective moments of turning inwards can put you in touch with the inner resources that will serve you during labor.
